Professional Development Overview

Our comprehensive training and professional development programmes are offered
as a tiered approach to suit school’s specific requirements.

The tiers operate as follows:

Tier 1: Provision of Training Materials

Provision of handouts and slides for training sessions to be used in schools and educational settings for either personal use or to deliver INSET sessions to larger groups.

Tier 2: Creation of a Virtual Training Session

Creation of video recordings of our training and courses designed specifically for each school or setting.
The videos are delivered by an experienced teacher or leader from Flourish Specialist Education Services. Accompanying handouts and slides are provided.

These virtual sessions are ideal for those based too far away to visit in person and are the perfect option whilst in-person sessions cannot run due to Covid. This option also gives you the flexibility to run the training at a time that suits you.

Tier 3: Real-time Delivery

Design and delivery of our training sessions at our purpose-built training centre in Walthamstow or through live online sessions.  Following the session, participants are sent recordings and handouts which they can distribute in their school or setting.
